The User Experience Specialist reports directly to the Design Manager. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out and developing information architecture, wire frame site maps and user scenarios. He/she will ensure the company’s mandates comply with the clients’ objectives, while ensuring an optimized and effective web user experience.

Your responsibilities

 Collaborate with the planning team in the analyses and development of interactive marketing strategies
 Establish functional specifications for developers
 Define information architectures
 Develop wireframe site maps
 Create functional prototypes
 Define user scenarios
 Ensure user experience quality for the company’s mandates, from planning up to final product
 Ensure the company complies with industry standards and trends

Our requirements

Bachelor’s degree (cognitive sciences or marketing or information sciences)
 Minimum 3 years’ experience in an agency
 Excellent knowledge of the Internet and interactive media
 Initiative and excellent interpersonal skills
 Bilingual (English/French oral and written)
 Knowledge of the Axure or Visio tools
 Experience in mobile Web and/or mobile applications, an asset
