Reporting directly to the President, the Web Creative Director ensures the completion of Web design products under his responsibility as well as providing support and inspiration to the creative team. The Web Creative Director acts as the client’s principal contact, with whom he/she shall endeavour to build a strong partnership, as well as with other involved internal agents.

The desired design manager is extremely conscious of the user experience and possesses an innovative and business-oriented design vision. He/she must also be sensitive to the aesthetics of the service industry.

Your responsibilities

 Manages and works in synergy with a small design team
 Works in synergy with the consulting service
 Determines the necessary resources for the successful completion of each project
 Effectively communicates the contract requirements to the design teams
 Ensures the project is innovative, meets international standards and responds to the client’s objectives
 Ensures optimal user experience for all projects
 Presents the designs to the client
 Becomes involved in the company by building his/her design team
 Participates with the human resources team in the hiring, promotion and salary scale for his/her design team
 Contributes creatively to the constant evolution of the design product

Our requirements

 Proficiency in English, bilingualism is an asset
 Commitment to creative product excellence
 Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline
 10 years of experience in a web agency
 Experience in team management
 Understanding of the creative process
 Knowledge of editing and integrating softwares, as well as the production process
